What is The Vestige Post?
The Vestige Post is a monthly subscription that celebrates the art of meaningful mail. Each envelope includes a thoughtfully written letter or poem along with curated paper goods such as art postcards, prints, or other creative elements.
Every mailing is centered around a unique theme, offering a blend of inspiration, creativity, and quiet reflection. It's designed for those who appreciate the tactile beauty of paper, the power of words, and the joy of receiving something personal in the mail.
When do I receive my letter?
Letters go out on the 10th of every month. US members can expect to receive theirs within 3–8 days of sending; international members within 2–6 weeks.
All letters are shipped with a stamp via USPS letter mail — which means there is no tracking. Shipping is included in the price of your subscription.
Each mailing is designed to give you a moment to slow down, be inspired, and enjoy the simple pleasure of something meaningful arriving just for you.
What if I didn't receive my letter?
Please reach out if anything goes wrong — I'm happy to make it right. First, double-check the dates to make sure there's been enough time for it to arrive in your mailbox.
If you're a new subscriber who signed up after the 10th of the month, you'll receive next month's letter, as the current mailing has already gone out. Either way, you're in good hands.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
You can cancel or update your payment method anytime through the Subscriber Portal. Just enter the email address you used to subscribe and you’ll have instant access to manage your account.

How do I update my mailing address?
If you’ve moved or need to update your mailing address, please email thevestigepost@gmail.com before the 8th of the month. Address changes requested after the 8th cannot be guaranteed for that month’s mailing, as letters are prepared shortly before they go out on the 10th.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to most countries worldwide, with the exception of those on the US sanctions list or restricted by USPS.
